We pride ourselves on our fast fulfillment and shipping times. Once your order is placed, it enters processing within 24 hours. Most orders will ship out from our facility within 1-3 business days via USPS. We provide tracking information as soon as it's available.

Currently we only ship to addresses within the United States, including
Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We don't offer international
shipping at this time, but hope to expand our shipping reach globally in
the future.

If you need to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us immediately through the "Contact Us" page or via email at nogginneighbors@gmail.com. We will make our best effort to cancel orders that have not yet shipped or entered production.

However, we often begin processing orders soon after they are placed, so we cannot make any guarantees if cancellation is requested after that point. We will do our best to accommodate the request whenever feasible. But we cannot provide a guarantee if processing or shipping has already begun.
